Our Walk-Through Consultations include a thorough examination of the interior and exterior of your property as well as the surrounding neighborhood and comparable properties with which your home will compete. Throughout the consultation, we offer specific design solutions that expand upon the features of your home, including priorities buyers in your price point have come to expect, pros and cons of your property, furniture arrangement, paint and décor choices, suggested upgrades, as well as a physical checklist of priorities to maximize the sales potential of your home.
  

Please note: This service is a 1 to 3 hour verbal consultation. We suggest our clients be ready with pen, paper, and several questions so that they can receive the full benefit of this session.

This option is perfect for our clients who are on a strict budget but understand the value that our objective,expert opinion provides when preparing their home to sell.  

Our full color report includes:

A great option for clients with busy schedules whose properties need enhancement in a short amount of time; this is a popular choice among realtors who understand the value that staging can add to a listed property.

*     Acquiring and/or conferencing with your realtor to construct a strategy for success

*     Coordination and installation of rental furniture service, if required

*     2-3 Days of In Home Décor & Furnishings Installation

*     Access to our inventory for the majority of décor and furnishings utilized in your space, excluding linens

*     Professional Photography Session of completed property for marketing purposes

*     One Open House Refresher service (see below)

*     Coordination and removal of all staged pieces upon the sale of your home

Service pricing will be reflective on both the size of your home as well as the scale of the project.  Please note that Blend pricing does not include service charges that may be incurred by professional contractors; however, part of our job is to employ the best services available within your time frame and budget.

Got a last minute open house or walk through and can't make it back by the property?  Our Open House Refresher is an 'eleventh-hour' option for our clients who travel or simply don't have the time to freshen up their home prior to an upcoming walk through or open house.

 

Call on us and we will be glad to stop by your home with a bouquet of fresh flowers and a willing attitude to get your home back to open house ready.  Anything from opening up the curtains and blinds, cleaning minor day to day clutter, scrubbing down the countertops, making the beds, doing a bit of light vacuuming, or simply sweeping the porch. 

 

We request at least 24 hours notice, if possible, to ensure our schedule can meet your needs.  Please note that this service is not considered a full cleaning service, rather a refresher; however, if your home is in need of a full cleaning we are happy to reference one of our cleaning service partners.   

 

This service is primarily reserved for our existing clients; however, we will be more than glad to work with first-timers as well depending on the existing condition of your home.
