Blend Nashville was formed at the request and demand of close friends and business professionals as both Miranda Priest and April Heien had been creating design solutions in their personal and professional spaces separately for years. Throughout their college careers and beyond, each were design consultants in interior design, graphic design and textiles, lending their technical knowhow and creative expertise to several projects.

Miranda Priest, Senior Design Consultant and founding partner, graduated with honors from Middle Tennessee State University with a degree in Textiles, Merchandising, and Design. She has professionally worked in the Merchandising and Textiles industry now for 10 years, utilizing her creative design prowess in customer service, visual presentation and design positions throughout Nashville and is a textiles specialist. Her background in Merchandising has lent to an expert eye in how buyers view clients' homes and the psychology involved in staging a home to sell for top dollar.
Miranda and her family reside in the Providence community of Mount Juliet, TN and is a proud participant in the Muscular Dystrophy Association's Lock Up For A Cure and other children's causes.
April Heien, Senior Design Consultant and founding partner, is also a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University and holds a four year degree in Interior Design. April has worked professionally as a CAD specialist and custom closet designer in the industry after graduation and utilizes her technical proficiency to propose floor plan and furniture design solutions for even the most challenging spaces. Her background in Interior and Graphic Design has led to some of Blend Nashville's most creative and budget saving solutions for our clients.
April resides in Murfreesboro, TN.
